After we review it, we’ll reach out to schedule a call so we can answer your questions and make sure everything’s a good match. Click on “Homes” in the menu & choose the home you’re interested in.
Click the “Start Pre-Screener” button at the bottom of that home's page
After completing the form, we'll reach out to schedule a quick virtual meeting/call
Complete the online application via TurboTenant
Upload required documents (ex. government ID, proof of employment)
Pay the application fee (covers credit + background check)
Application & screening results reviewed
Information verified
If everything checks out, a lease will be sent via TurboTenant.
Review + sign the lease
Submit holding deposit to reserve the home.
Holding deposit becomes security deposit on move-in
Obtain & upload renters insurance policy
Submit 1st month’s rent a few days prior to move-in
Upon receipt of payment, your entry codes + personal digital guidebook will be sent
Inspect the home
Complete the digital conditions/inspection report to document any issues
Unpack & unwind
