Both homes are conveniently located within a 30-minute drive of all JBSA military bases, with Fort Sam Houston being the closest—no highway needed. Thanks to their prime location, you'll also have quick access to I-10, I-37, and I-35, all within 5 minutes, making it easy to navigate the city and avoid traffic congestion

It’s about more than cleanliness—it’s about peace of mind. I also schedule regular maintenance and stay available throughout your stay to respond quickly if anything comes up.

Our primary method of communication is through our property management platform, TurboTenant. This allows us to keep all messages, maintenance requests, and important updates organized in one convenient place.
While most correspondence will be handled through TurboTenant, we may occasionally reach out via text message or phone call if the matter is time-sensitive or requires immediate attention. For all other updates and routine communication, please be sure to check your TurboTenant messages regularly to stay informed.
Application Fee - $45 (1-time upfront)- includes the background & credit check
Base Rent - see Properties (with utilities included)
Holding Deposit/Security Deposit - $1,000. The holding deposit (non-refundable) is due upon signing the lease and ensures the home is reserved. Upon move-in, the holding deposit converts into the security deposit and is then refundable afterwards.
Cleaning Fee - $200 (1-time upfront). This ensures the home is cleaned & ready after you move-out.
All occupants aged 18 and older are required to provide the following documentation (via TurboTenant) as part of the application process:
A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
Proof of renter’s insurance coverage for the duration of the stay
Verification of employment, which can include an employment contract, a letter from your employer, or recent pay stubs
These documents help us ensure a smooth and secure rental experience for everyone.
I work with a reliable team of local contractors and vendors who help me stay on top of everything—from HVAC and plumbing to general repairs and cleaning.
If something comes up, you can easily submit a maintenance request through our property platform for any non-urgent issues, and either I or one of my trusted pros will take care of it as quickly as possible.
If it’s something urgent, please don’t wait—give us a call right away. And of course, if it’s a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first.
While we love our furry friends, we kindly do not allow pets in the rental. This policy helps us maintain a clean, allergy-friendly, and comfortable space for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Yes! There’s plenty of space for your personal belongings like clothes, luggage, and everyday essentials. Since the home is fully furnished, we do ask that you avoid bringing extra furniture or large bulky items, as the space isn’t designed for those. If you have more belongings than can comfortably fit, we recommend using one of the nearby storage facilities. Our goal is to provide a cozy, move-in ready space perfect for your essentials.
We recognize the prevalence of scams and fraudulent listings in the rental market. To ensure your security and peace of mind, we always encourage potential guests to do their due diligence & ask questions. We conduct the majority of our communication through trusted property management software, TurboTenant. As part of our screening process, we also hold a video meeting (e.g., FaceTime) to build trust and address any questions you may have.

We exclusively use reputable and secure property management software.
We do not accept payment methods that are considered unsecured or unreliable, including Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or personal checks. Any payments are done directly through the property management software.
We will never request sensitive information via phone call or text message.
We do not use a property manager - if ever we decided to use a property manager, we will always disclose to current guests in advance & will provide a formal notice.
